This is the 2026 Korean action/comedy/thriller/mystery/crime drama series. Its native title is "김부장" which translates as "Manager Kim" which is another English title. It's also known as "Chief Kim" and "Director Kim."

These all have edited "soft" English captions; that is, English subtitles are part of the MKV files and the subtitles can be enabled or disabled as you wish.

I downloaded the source videos like "Agent.Kim.Reactivated.S01E01.1080p.WEB.h264-EDITH.mkv" and extracted Netflix' subtitles from those, then...
- Used Subtitle Edit (by Nikolaj Lynge Olsson) to find and fix all flagged issues
- Used a nonlinear video editor to remove a 2-minute recap at the start of episode 3
- Added 0.7 second to each subtitle (where possible) to allow more time to read them and adjusted words/minute to at least 280
- "Softened" all subtitled profanity (bastard --> jerk, damn --> darn, bitch --> wench etc.)
- Corrected commonly-found typos, converted many word pairs into common English contractions, and brought together sentence fragments
- Naturalized the English phrasing to retain fluid grammar by reducing sentence-initial conjunctions
- Converted the horrible Netflix ALL CAPS CAPTIONS FOR SIGNS AND WRITING into non-SHOUTING yellow or salmon respectively
- Colored all media, signs, and flashback subtitles to salmon, yellow, and teal respectively - except extended flashbacks that are clearly prefixed with a note like "Last Month" or "3 Years Ago"
- Used Handbrake to create new MKV files using my subtitles, trimming the horrible Netflix splash screen from the starts and ends
