Amazon AP2P IP-filter
This is a blocklist for BitTorrent applications.
I only know it works with qBit and Deluge, but should work for other clients as well.
Many of you have probably noticed those annoying connections from Amazon servers.
All of them are running some version of libtorrent. None of them are doing anything but monitor
the torrents.
These blocklists will not protect you, but if you have to limit the number of connections you can allow,
to upload and download, it's really annoying when you notice that many connections are occupied by peers
that are not contributing. They just stay connected doing nothing.
This list is based on i-blocklist. But the problem with that list is that it also blocks a lot of
VPN-servers, seedboxes and very likely a lot of good IP-addresses, that may not be maleficent anymore.
So keep in mind: this is not a list to protect your privacy. it's a list to stop those pesky
Amazon servers from hogging your connections
