# Procédure de mise à jour du MMI 3G Basic #
Préparer une carte SD, formatée en FAT ou FAT32, sur laquelle on met les fichiers contenus dans le dossier directement à la racine de la carte SD.
Pour savoir quelle est la version actuelle du MMI, il faut chercher dans les menus [SETUP],
il y a quelque part 'Informations sur la version' qui donne :
Software version : BNav_EU_K0260_1_D1 --> c'est la version du GPS (ici K0260)
Nav. database version: 4G0060884AE ECE 5.28.2 --> c'est la version de la carte (ici M 5.28.2)
On va passer en mode "Ingénieur" en appuyant 6/7 secondes sur [SETUP] + [RETURN].
(D'abord [SETUP], puis tout de suite après [RETURN] et[touche HAUT/DROIT] ).
Ca ne marchait pas chez moi, on peut tenter un reboot [SETUP]+[ENTER (molette)]+[touche HAUT/DROIT] puis relâcher.
Après le reboot, réessayer. Ca a finit par marcher
.On obtient à l'écran :
Mettre la carte SD préparée avant.
En bas à droite, il y a "Update". Cliquer dessus.
Sélectionner la source de mise à jour (le slot où on a mis la carte SD).
Puis se laisser guider. Ne toucher à aucune option, tout laisser par defaut, installation "standard".
Quand il y a une liste qui s'affiche, aller tout en bas, "Start download" et attendre !!!!
Quand la liste réapparait, aller tout en bas, "Continue" et enfin "Abandonner documentation".
Le MMI va redémarrer plusieurs fois au cours de la mise à jour. Le tout dure 8 minutes environ.
Il ne serait pas obligé de passer par chaque update si le mmi est en vieille version.
Par contre, il y aurait des updates "obligatoires", qui seraient K0023,
K0031, K0070, K0206, K0257, puis mettre la dernière K0260.
