BSG_RAZOR ISO

This is the same as "Battlestar Galactica RAZOR Unrated Extended NTSC DVD9"
(http://thepiratebay.se/tor/4041447/Battlestar_Galactica_RAZOR_Unrated_Extended_NTSC_DVD9)
but only keeping the movie (converted to PAL 16:9) and the english audio (DD 5.1) for
maximum quality in DVD5.

I've added a custom menu to fulfilling the DVD standard, but you can only
start the movie. The subtitles (english and swedish) are custom made, not the
original ones.
