Robert Clarke SEGER est un compositeur, chanteur, guitariste et claviériste de rock américain né le 6 mai 1945
à Dearborn, dans la banlieue de Detroit.
Chanteur à la voix puissante, il a écrit ou interprété de nombreux succès dont ''Night Moves, Old Time Rock & Roll,
Still the Same, Turn the Page, We've Got Tonight ou Against the Wind''.
Avec son groupe du ''Projectile d'argent'', The Silver Bullet Band, il connaît sa meilleure période entre les années 1975 et 1987.
Son double LP ''Live Bullet'' de 1976 fait partie des meilleurs plaques live des 70's (et plus même ...)
dont 3 titres font d'ailleurs partie de cette double compilation.
BOB SEGER fera à jamais partie des légendes du rock issues de DETROIT / MICHIGAN
comme le GRAND FUNK RAILROAD, ALICE COOPER, IGGY STOOGE ou TED NUGENT !
