Compilation de chansons inédites enregistrées lors des sessions de 1977-78 pour l'album Darkness on the Edge of Town. Dans certains cas, on a ajouté en 2010 des instruments, des voix, etc.. Springsteen et The E Street Band ont d'ailleurs entièrement ré-enregistré la chanson Save My Love et il s'agit d'une des dernières performances du saxophoniste Clarence Clemons décédé en 2011.
