Summit Media, publisher of Yes! Magazine, Cosmopolitan, Seventeen, Total Girl, and
others. The magazine is manned by editor-in-chief Marla Miniano, as of January
2012.

Candy's first issue was published on March 1999, with Amanda Griffin as its first
cover girl. The magazine is edited in English because it is easy to read by the
readers. The topics inside the magazine suit the taste of Filipina teenagers,
especially high school and college students. Not only girls are having fun when
reading this magazine but also teenage boys who made this as a reference about on
how to communicate and catch up with girls.
