Install from cd
Install fix
Patch
Crack (If you need it, deamon tools 4 works fine)

Campaigns:
Install Config manager
Unzip GJS and stalingrad .pln files and place in config manager plugin folder
Unzip campaign maps to maps directory
Install either on in config manager (edit CC5 path in registry if you need to)
