Cette formation vise à vous fournir une compréhension complète des détails de construction et du fonctionnement des compresseurs centrifuges. Cette compréhension est indispensable au bon fonctionnement de votre installation et de votre réseau de tuyauterie.
Le cours comprend de nombreux graphiques, des coupes et des animations 3D. Vous bénéficierez ainsi d'une approche pratique et virtuelle des compresseurs centrifuges.
Ce cours poursuit un triple objectif :
1. Vous expliquer en détail le fonctionnement des compresseurs centrifuges, en le décomposant en concepts simples tels que la hauteur manométrique, la courbe de performance, la résistance du système, le pompage, le phénomène de « stonewall », etc.
2. Illustrer, à l’aide d’animations 3D et de coupes schématiques, les principaux composants mécaniques du compresseur : roues, arbres, paliers, joints d’étanchéité, etc.
3. Fournir des recommandations et des bonnes pratiques pour l’exploitation, la maintenance et le dépannage.
Cette formation aborde également d’autres types de compresseurs, comme les compresseurs axiaux, les compresseurs à vis rotatifs et les compresseurs alternatifs, entre autres.
L’objectif est d’observer les similitudes, tant au niveau des performances que des caractéristiques mécaniques, des différents types de compresseurs.
