[CosmicRaws] The Man Who Wanted to Be Ultraman / ウルトラマンになりたかった男 [VHS 480p x264 AAC]

A drama that aired as a TV special in 1993. There's basically no info about this in English, but there is a Japanese wiki page for it. As far as I can tell, no one has uploaded raws for this online, and it never seems to have gotten re-released in any capacity either.

Disclaimer: This is my first time capturing video from a VHS tape, so feedback/advice is welcome. Despite my efforts/wishes, there is a moment in the footage (around 20:02) where the video signal was lost for a couple frames, so this is file is less than perfect. However, I made two capture attempts and experienced this in the same place both times, so I'm not entirely sure what the cause is. If anyone has any advice/if I can figure out the cause, I'd like to take another crack at it down the road (ideally, if finances allow for it, with a better set up to maximize quality). In the meantime, I hope this at least serves as a way to put an obscure installment of Ultra Series (lost?) media on people's radars and allows it to be archived in some form outside of a VHS tape.
