INSTRUCTIONS: Copy content to your Crusader Kings 2 folder and run "ck2dlcactivator" at least TWICE, you may need to run it more times, as it activates some DLCs each time it runs.

You only need to do this once, and repeat when installing more DLCs in the future.

This method is working for original Steam versions of the game too if you want to activate DLCs on your Steam CK2.
