Dutch rock band formed in the mid-60s by the Groote brothers. First called "Goldstar Brothers", later changed to "G-Brothers" and finally to "Geebros". In 1969, the band changed its name to Crying Wood and began playing progressive rock. The band toured extensively and even recorded an album in 1970 called "Back To The Mountains", released only in Canada. Shortly after recording the album, the band disbanded. In 1974, the band reformed and even recorded several demos, but the full release was never made. Several line-up changes followed, and the band finally disbanded in 1976.
