What is this?
A Squirrel and a Hedgehog is a North Korean original cartoon series produced
by SEK Studio and shown on KCTV, North Korea's public TV station. Although
meant for kids, the series has a great deal of graphic violence and adult language.
This torrent includes all 32 original episodes of the series and is in Korean
with hardcoded English subtitles.

In early 2015, Mondo Films started adapting the first season into English (as Brave Soldier)
and Spanish (as Soldados Valientes), with some of the more violent scenes removed.
This torrent also includes the first episode of 'Brave Soldier.'

Plot:
The series follow a conflict between communities of anthropomorphic animals living
in an unspecified country. The majoirty of episodes follow the adventure of Geumsaegi,
a Flower Hill squirrel fighting for good in a war against evil.
Squirrel and Hedgehog is a North Korean animated series about the animal inhabitants
of a place called Flower Hill. The squirrels, hedgehogs, and the ducks there represent
North Korea. Other factions include a friendly but unreliable bear (Soviet Russia),
while the antagonists are made up of weasels (Japan), mice (South Korea) and wolves
(United States of America). The series reinforces the North Korean philosophy of "juche"
(self-reliance) in the face of overwhelming odds.
Spanning four decades of irregular production, the quality greatly improves over
time as North Korea's SEK studio applies techniques learned as an under-the-table
subcontractor for many Western animation studios
