The Width of a Circle est un album post-mortem de David Bowie, contenant trente-quatre
pistes pour la plupart inédites et issues de sessions d’enregistrement à la BBC en 1970.

Ces pistes ont été restaurées et remixées en 2020 pour une publication en 2021. Un livret devrait
normalement être fourni avec mais n’était pas inclus dans cette release, pourtant d’une qualité
extraordinaire.

L’album compte notamment une reprise adaptée d’Amsterdam de Jacques Brel, qui par sa qualité suffira
sans doute à réhabiliter la langue de Shakespeare auprès des francophones les plus chauvins.
