Luck and Strange est le cinquième album studio du guitariste et compositeur anglais David Gilmour, sorti le 6 septembre 2024 par Sony Music. Il a été produit par Gilmour et Charlie Andrew. Gilmour a déclaré qu'Andrew l'avait mis au défi musicalement et n'avait pas été intimidé par son travail passé avec Pink Floyd.
L'épouse de Gilmour, la romancière Polly Samson, a écrit une grande partie des paroles, qui, selon elle, abordaient la mortalité et le vieillissement. Leurs enfants ont contribué aux voix, aux paroles et à l'instrumentation supplémentaires. La chanson "Luck and Strange" présente des claviers enregistrés en 2007 par le claviériste de Pink Floyd, Richard Wright, décédé en 2008.
"The Piper's Call", "Between Two Points" et "Dark and Velvet Nights" sont sortis en single. Gilmour a commencé une tournée en septembre 2024.
