You will need WinRAR to extract the files from the .rar archives.
Once you've downloaded a replay pack, simply extract all of the files within to your Steam > steamapps > common > dota 2 beta > dota > replays folder. Then you can simply head into game and watch the matches freely. If you're simply looking for the set views, you are allowed to skip to the end of the match and simply let the time run out on 8x speed. This is a quick and easy way to get through all of these games.
