Use your forum account when the game ask you for login (lowercase) and password.
In main menu, click "Join", click the "+" button on the right, enter: eco.kortal.org:3000. Click "Join".
Next time you launch the game, you can just click the "Continue" button in main menu.
You can also favorite the server.
