Un groupe d'entrepreneurs, fier d'avoir quitté la zone de confort, a pour ambition de changer le monde et de devenir de puissants CEO, même s'ils n'arrivent pas à vivre de leur activité. Pour y parvenir, ils se rendent tous les jours à No Comfort Zone, un espace de coworking créé par Gonzalo, un milllionnaire paresseux, et Jacobo, un gourou de l'entrepreneuriat auto-proclamé, où ils s'efforcent de donner forme à leur projet. La réalité implacable du quotidien leur fera comprendre que le monde de l'entrepreneuriat est un écran de fumée, qu'il est presque toujours plus important d'avoir de bons contacts que de bonnes idées, et qu'ils n'ont peut-être pas pris la bonne décision en abandonnant leurs boulots conventionnels.
