Adds a fix for new wallets using Bitcoin segwit.

SegWit for your Bitcoin wallet is here! For the security conscious, your wallet now has an optional lock feature. Ark (ARK) has been added to the in-wallet exchange.

Patch Fix
This release combines all items in 19.2.14 and 19.2.18 and adds a fix allowing new wallets send out BTC smoothly.

General
Exodus now has an optional lock feature that puts your wallet into read-only mode with the flip of a switch, or after the wallet has been open for some time. If your wallet is locked, it will require your password to perform certain wallet functions such as sending transactions or viewing private keys. If you find yourself leaving your wallet open for long stretches of time, this is the feature for you.

Wallet
Ark (ARK) has graduated from beta asset to fully supported and exchangeable in Exodus!

SegWit has been activated in Exodus! Now giving you the option to use a bech32 address for your BTC.
