Dopo gli eventi del primo capitolo, Shirou Emiya ha perso Saber, la sua Servant, e quindi non può più combattere la guerra per conquistare il Sacro Graal. Ma quando scopre che Sakura è stata rapita da Shinji forma un gruppo per andare a liberarla, riuscendo nell'impresa. Shirou giura di proteggere Sakura qualunque cosa accada, benché i comportamenti della ragazza diventino sempre più strani e inquietanti.

After the events of the first chapter, Shirou Emiya has lost Saber, her Servant, and therefore can no longer fight the war to conquer the Holy Grail. But when he finds out that Sakura has been kidnapped by Shinji he forms a group to go and free her, succeeding in her enterprise. Shirou vows to protect Sakura no matter what happens, although the girl's behavior becomes increasingly strange and disturbing.
