Football Manager 2009 with patch 9.1 test fix 2 (fm91_t2)

Test fix 2 for Football Manager 2009 with patch 9.1.

Still no holiday, but fixed some "problem generators".

Notes:
Restore backup if fm91_t1 crack was used (rename fm.exe.bak to fm.exe).
Make sure fm.exe is not running.
Under Vista run this patch as admin.
If you got 'file not found or access error' - copy crack to fm directory or browse for fm.exe (... button).
And good idea is to backup your saved games.
