Na een bloederige bankoverval zijn de gebroeders Gecko op de vlucht. Ze kidnappen een familie en weten met hun hulp de grens naar Mexico over te vluchten. Daar hebben ze in de "from dusk till dawn"-bar Titty Twister afgesproken. Deze bar blijkt echter niet helemaal een doorsnee-kroeg te zijn.
