In 1888 the city of London lives an unprecedented horror, especially those living in Whitechapel. There lives Mary Kelly (Heather Graham) and his group of friends, living being harassed by local gangs and are forced into prostitution to survive. Suspecting that such events are actually a "hunt" to Whitechapel girls, the case immediately draws the attention of Frederick Abberline (Johnny Depp), a brilliant and troubled police inspector who often uses her psychic powers to solve cases. Abberline is increasingly involved with the case and gradually deeply in love with Mary, but the more it approaches the truth more Whitechapel is dangerous for Abberline, Mary and her companions.
