Some peoples download the game without the Radio Station(RIP versions), with only a static noise when selecting radio.
The files are original, not MOD. It contains all radio stations .rpf + the Config folder in the audio.
Just download the one you want and put the files(.rpf)on
:\Program Files (x86)\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto IV\pc\audio\sfx
