Instructions:
1. Put the contents of the folder "wrapper" in the GTA IV game directory.
2. Launch "CopyXLiveResources.exe" and click Yes.
3. Copy the contents of the folder save to "C:\Users\XXX\AppData\Local\Rockstar Games\GTA IV\savegames\user_XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX"
4. Launch the game and enjoy.
