I did not create this file

it is a file located in the program files folder

I just modified it.


first its a good idea to back up the handling file just in case...
just copy it to \\\"my documents\\\" or something.

Then just copy this file into
C:\\\\Program Files\\\\Rockstar Games\\\\GTA San Andreas\\\\data
or whatever your install directory is for San Andreas


located in the handling file is directions that you can
use to modify it more.
there is ALOT of stuff you can do to not only modify the
cars in GTA but alot of other stuff to!!!!!


This has not been fully tested so tweak it some more
yourself and have fun...
