These are sd card files and apk for gameloft games and other cool games
HOW TO ISNTALL GAMELOFT GAMES:

1 copy the sd files keeping the file structure in your sd card, (ex: /sdcard/gameloft/games/DungeonHunter)
2 install the apk,
3 for the first run of the game enter airplane mode ( for the second run and so forth airplane mode is not necessary )

if a game refuses to instal use adb install (google it,it)
