В игре присутствуют 9 радиостанций, 7 из них музыкальные, а 2 — в формате ток-шоу. Все они доступны для прослушивания игроку, когда протагонист игры находится в любом транспортном средстве, за исключением автомобилей специальных служб (полиция, скорая помощь, пожарная служба). Музыкальное вещание на всех радиостанциях прерывается рекламными объявлениями. Некоторые рекламируемые вещи имеют отношения к игре, другие — упоминаются на разговорных радиостанциях, также существуют пародии на рекламу времен действия игры.

Отличительной особенностью музыкального сопровождения Vice City в том, что композиции, проигрываемые на волнах радиостанций, являются реальными хитами начала 1980-х.

Доп. информация: Геймрип игры с диска для PS2. Качество звука лучше чем в PC-версии. Отличие от альтернативных раздач - хорошее качество контента, отсутствие фарша (из игры+сторонние трэки). Радиостанции как есть в игре в виде нон-стоп миксов. Каждая радиостанция в отдельном файле, разбивка на треки через CUE. Кому захочется нарезать, есть такие утилиты как mptrim и подобные.
