The legendary German quartet from Bonn (North Rhine-Westphalia) released "Eyes" in 1970 on the modest OPP World Wide label and demonstrated the young band's considerable potential. The nine tracks represented uncompromising hard rock, centered on the playing of Harry Titlbach, an incredibly gifted musician. The sharp sound of his guitar, powerful rhythm section, and piercing vocals evoke memories of Leaf Hound or Groundhogs from 1971, only ten times heavier and a hundred times more reckless. The typically German acidic ecstasy of kraut rock is perfectly preserved in this quintessentially Anglo-American cocktail
