This episode was kinda annoying because it simultaneously is full of bad banding AND has background elements that debanding deletes almost immediately. I tried to find an acceptable middleground, but this episode would require some degree of scenefiltering for a good encode, definitely. Doing that on starved web sources though? No thanks.
