My review:
After helping a stranger, a young man ends up with a tattoo that gives him superpowers. A very special one, so organizations are after him. He helps the friendliest one to stop another from achieving world domination.
Standard superpower battles, still pretty good. I was impressed by what his power was. Each require a different trigger, so that's original. World Trigger was a cool anime too.
