User Music Addon For GtaIV Ripped version

For everyone who can't listen the user music in independence radio, but only that
annoying noise in ripped releases of GtaIV
How To Install:
Just extcract all the stuff in the game folder in according to have:
sound.dll in \Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto IV
and
RADIO_ADVERTS.rpf,RADIO_INDEPENDENCE.rpf,RADIO_NEWS.rpf,RADIO_WEATHER.rpf
in >Rockstar Games>Grand Theft Auto IV>pc>audio>Sfx
then in the game every station will have the shit of the news, weathers
just after u take control of a car, turn to indipendence radio and you will
listen ur music that u've put in User Music.
