Each week on Inside Job, one of America’s hottest companies will invite four highly qualified job candidates to compete for a six-figure executive position. For one week, they’ll live together, work together and play together as part of the interview and hiring process.

Season 1 Episode 1: "House of Blues (Pilot)"
The House of Blues is looking for a new Special Events Sales Manager. Four candidates vie for the position, but one of them is an undercover "insider" who already works at the company and is secretly spying on the others. When the candidates are challenged to throw a huge party on the Sunset Strip, chaos ensues and their best – and worst – sides are revealed. Three use the party to show off their sales skills, but one seems more interested in flirting with the crazy crowd.
