Inspector Canardo 14 - A Black Tide

And here you go, the last Inspector Canardo for now, since my translator seems to be MIA :(

Canardo has taken a small job investigating an oil tanker, when the tanker is taken over by a group of revolutionaries from Amerzone. But for some reason, they let Canardo live, and demand him as their representative in the negotiations. Their demands are clear: Give us Colonel Colibares, or we will scuttle the ship and create the oil spill of the century.
But can Canardo save his own life, aviod an ecological disaster, AND avoid ruining old friendships?
