Julia en haar tweelingzus lijden aan een gruwelijke ziekte die ervoor zorgt dat ze langzaamaan blind worden. Op een dag wordt de zus dood aangetroffen, maar Julia is ervan overtuigd dat er iets anders aan de hand is dan de zelfmoord waar de politie aan denkt. Ondanks haar achteruitgaande zicht, besluit ze toch de dood van haar zus op te lossen.
