Disable auto-defense in Kaspersky and close the antivirus. Then open the reset and proceed as in video tutorial.
*Tested by JackieALF on Kaspersky Endpoint Security 11 and on Total Security 2019.
 

In my case I selected "Run the antivirus program". It wasn't necessary to restart the PC because it depends on which operating system you have.
*The reset could be recognized as a threat. Simply add it to the exclusions of the antivirus
