Née dans une famille de chasseurs de zombies, la pom-pom girl Juliet utilise sa fidèle tronçonneuse pour déchirer et jeter les morts-vivants ! Mais maintenant que RePOP a ajouté des actions de tronçonneuse plus rapides et le tir automatique du blaster, l’action ne s’arrête pas jusqu’à la toute fin ! L’histoire commence au lycée de San Romero, la plus grande école du comté, quelque part sur la côte ouest des États-Unis. La protagoniste Juliet Starling est une élève exemplaire de San Romero qui se passionne pour le cheerleading. Cependant, la plupart des gens ne savent pas que sa famille, les Starlings, dirige une lignée de chasseurs de zombies depuis l’Antiquité, dirigeant les morts-vivants vers l’autre monde...
Les événements se déroulent le jour de l’anniversaire de Juliette. Elle va à l’école pour rencontrer son petit ami, mais lorsqu’elle enfourche son vélo dans l’enceinte de l’école, elle est accueillie par ses anciens camarades de classe transformés en zombies !
