Lone Survivor (2013) [BluRay video with DVDSCR audio]

It seems like all of the BluRay versions of this movie have a problem with the audio such that voices are high-pitched. But I noticed that DVDSCR versions don't suffer this problem. So I decided to merge the video from a BluRay rip with the audio from a DVDSCR.

I used mkvmerge to do most of the work. I believe I have the audio synced up properly, but some might prefer to adjust it +/- a few milliseconds.
