Matthew Good Band est un groupe canadien de rock alternatif formé à Coquitlam, en Colombie-Britannique, en 1995 et dissous en 2002.
Le groupe se compose de l'auteur-compositeur-interprète et guitariste Matthew Good, du guitariste et claviériste Dave Genn,
du batteur Ian Browne et du bassiste Geoff Lloyd. Lloyd a été remplacé par Rich Priske en 1998.

Le groupe est devenu l'un des groupes de rock les plus populaires au Canada à la fin des années 1990 et au début des années 2000,
ayant été mis en nomination pour 14 Juno Awards et ayant remporté les prix du " meilleur groupe " et du " meilleur album rock " (Beautiful Midnight) en 2000.

Le groupe s'est séparé après la sortie de son album de 2001, The Audio of Being.

Matthew Good entreprend une carrière solo après la séparation de son groupe.
