Subtitles were retimed manually, for almost every line to avoid scene bleeds, split and combined a few lines, re-worded many excessively long lines had dialog that wasn't being spoken, added a few very basic typesets, fixed some OCR issues I saw in the SRT subs from sxales.

Yes, this is an upscale but it's the best encode out there from what I can tell. The current releases for this OVA have a lot of issues, and a slight upscale tha still maintains all the detail and doesn't filter with an awful sharpen or similar is the far lesser evil.

Issues with current releases:
[SLIME] - Stetched Horizontally by around 10% (theatrical is wider, but this goes further than that)
[sxales] - Artifacting inbetween every frame, blocky, bitstarved, grain is killed and so are the details it looks awful in motion even on static frames the grain keeps buggin' causing artifacts to appear everywhere
[ObscureRips] - Just like above lots of artifacts inbetween frames except worse, very noisy/ringing artifacts, even still frames have issues, only has vobsubs

If someone makes a better encode, mux my subs in and I can delete
