Waargebeurd verhaal over een man die in Turkije wordt opgepakt wegens het proberen te smokkelen van drugs.
Hij krijgt vier jaar en in de gevangenis blijkt snel dat de Turken het niet zo nauw nemen met de wetten.
Als dan ook nog blijkt dat ze straf verlengen naar levenslang is er maar één ding dat ervoor kan zorgen dat hij dit overleeft.
