The majority of mount attacks arise from isolating your opponent's arm from which you can attack the mount head arm, transition to s-mount, or take the back. This course is focused on how to separate your opponent's arm from their body and climb it above the head. In this course, you will learn to isolate the arm against opponents who keep their arms tight, are using their arms to frame the hips or hip escape, and how to troubleshoot the different problems you encounter along the way.
