A simple RIP
Place the files in the Data folder somewhere in your Flightsim main folder (e.g. Addon scenery)
Then add the 3 folders into the scenery library. I ordered them from top to bottom EDDM, then the terrain then the LC elevation.
I think this is right, it turned out fine!
