Run the file "Thotd3.exe" will open the self-extracting archive window, select the directory where the files will be unpacked and wait until the transaction ends. To go at the dir you specified and you will find the ISO of the game (to burn or mount with Alcohol / Daemon) and folder cura.rar, obviously you have to unpack. Install the game and replace the EXE file hod3pc.exe in the subfolder EXE of the game with what you found in the "Care for Thotd3".
