NOTE: You can check the status of QA flag using Rebug Toolkit.
1. Go to "* Package Manager" => "Install Package Files" => "PS3 Hard Disk"
2. Install "REBUG-TOOLBOX" package
3. Run Rebug Toolbox from XMB and scroll right to "Utilities"
4. "Toggle QA Flag" should be set to "Enabled"
