Cinco anos após Katie (Kathie Featherston) matar a irmã Kristi (Sprague Grayden) e o cunhado Daniel (Brian Boland) e levar consigo o sobrinho Hunter, ela vive com o pequeno Robbie (Brady Allen) em uma casa. Do outro lado da rua mora a adolescente Alice (Kathryn Newton), que acompanha os passos do garoto juntamente com o amigo Alex (Matt Shively). Ambos acham Robbie bastante estranho, principalmente quando ele fica alguns dias na casa de Alice após Katie ter um problema e ir parar no hospital. Five years after Katie (Kathie Featherston) kill her sister Kristi (Sprague Grayden) and coined Daniel (Brian Boland) and carry the nephew Hunter, she lives with little Robbie (Brady Allen) in a house. Across the street lives a teenage Alice (Kathryn Newton), which tracks the steps of the boy along with his friend Alex (Matt Shively). Both Robbie feel very strange, especially when he gets a few days at the home of Alice after Katie have a problem and go to the hospital.
