Thanks to riesling from \[Phuzy\], here is a patch for episode 2. This solves the 5min:43sec Subtitle shift mistake. (Unlocalized) track only.

Once patched, Episode will be renamed to \[Phuzy\]\Nurarihyon\no\Mago\-\02\\[Shani-san\]\(1280x720\h264)\_\[1C5182E1\].mkv which is basically your v2 with Hardsubbed Karaoke.
