Jeffrey Allen is a spiritual teacher, energy healer, and popular Mindvalley author. An engineer by trade and energy healer at heart, he has helped countless people combine their intellect and intuition to boost their confidence, improve their relationships, find meaning and purpose, and manifest the life of their dreams.

Jeffrey has spent the past decade teaching energy work and healing to people from all walks of life - including other healers. This has earned him the title of “The Healer’s Healer”.

Prior to this, Jeffrey spent 15 years learning from leading psychics, healers, and mediums in the United States. He also quietly served on the board of directors for a spiritual development center, until he learned of the Universe’s bigger plans for him.

Through a remarkable set of coincidences in 2005, Jeffrey found himself teaching graduate spiritual studies in Uganda, Africa to a talented group of advanced students.

Fearing his students would find out he was “an engineer pretending to be a spiritual teacher”, it was Jeffrey who discovered he was “a spiritual teacher pretending to be an engineer”. This experience gave Jeffrey the courage to step out of hiding and into the spotlight.

In the decade since, Jeffrey has spread his teachings globally. He has taught hundreds of live workshops around the world (US, Mexico, Costa Rica, France, Switzerland, Croatia, Greece, and Japan), and reached hundreds of thousands of students through his online spiritual training.
