Moins connu que celui de Normandie, le débarquement de Provence, les 14 et 15 août 1944, fut tout aussi décisif
pour la libération de la France. Un devoir de mémoire s'avère donc également nécessaire, au même titre
que celui de Normandie. Des premiers combats en juin, dans la vallée de l'Ubaye, à la libération de Marseille à la fin août,
retour sur cette opération décisive à travers des reconstitutions, des images d'archives et des témoignages.
