Streamed to mp4 file using H.264 codec + mp3 audio compression


I'm trying to find the optimum settings here for best video/audio quality.
If anyone knows alot about ffmpeg please don't hesitate to leave helpful
comments.

Can we just agree that it just pisses us off when RT
